Enrique Iglesias is back at it again with the premiere of his new single “
Turn the Night Up“!
The track serves as the lead single off his upcoming tenth studio
album, which is scheduled for release this Fall via Universal Republic
Records. Produced by The Cataracs, “
Turn the Night Up”
is a highly sexual pop jam packed with a hard-hitting throbbing dance
beat, explosive synthesizers, and the usual earworm of chorus expected
from most of Enrique‘s singles.
He says the new song "Turn the Night Up" started with the line, "Gimme
some of that." Enrique Iglesias told Ryan Seacrest that it is a line he
uses often at home and it gets his girlfriend, retired professional
tennis player Anna Kournikova, laughing. He decided that he needed to
build a song around the line in the studio.
